I used the Sleep patch for the first time last night. I don’t have problems with sleep usually - but last night I was wide awake from having drunk coffee at 5pm (and I’m someone who only has coffee once a fortnight at that, as I’m sensitive to it) so there I was staring at the ceiling in the dark and I had the great idea to try on a sleep patch which I hadn’t considered before!
Stuck it on, lay awake a little more, then oblivion. And the best thing is - my sleep felt particularly deep and restful- as evidenced by my sleep app that showed an unusually deep sleep pattern unlike that of past weeks! Not only that I feel refreshed from only 6 hours sleep!
Morning from Perth Australia everybody. I just woke up using the sleep patches for the first time. So here's my experience...
I placed one on my right temple and behind my ear (optional) on the right 15 mins before retiring.
😴😴😴 It didn't take long to drift off... I slept through the night, which is not normal for me. And I woke up feeling rested and ready to go for the day.
🦸♂️So end result, I definately had a better sleep. Isn't that what we want, a more peaceful sleep?

Just a suggestion, don't put them on waiting for a firework work experience. Just wait and allow the technology to do it's job. If you look to hard for the experience, you will miss the journey.

I've had better sleep in the last two nights than I've had in years!
I normally wake up several times throughout the night and often times have a hard time falling back to sleep. When I wake up I'm still tired and have to fight to stay awake during the day.
Often times this leads to me falling asleep in my recliner early in the evening. I nap for 30-60 minutes, wake up for an hour and two and repeat the whole restless night's sleep again.
Two nights ago I tried a Sleep Patch. Within 20 mins I fell asleep hard. I slept soundly the entire night and woke up feeling rested the next morning. I thought maybe it was a fluke since I had been exhausted that night and that was why I slept so hard. But last night I wore a patch again and slept just as soundly and slept through til this morning!
Today I fell alert and refreshed. Looking forward to many more good night's sleep.
The night before last my husband had about 2 hours sleep The sleep test patches arrived the day before and I had forgotten to try them. Put one on his temple last night and he slept right through. That hasn't happened for a long time. He usually listens to radio half the night. Good stuff

Darrell Willams I sleep really well with them, too. I don't get up in the middle of the night any more at all. By the way, I use a CPAP and I place the sleep patch in the head gear near the temple and it works great there..it will last a long time there as well.
